These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Kreativlo platform. This is a starting template and must be reviewed by legal counsel before it takes effect.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
Accounts & access
Access is provided through the Kreativlo SSO portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
Access to individual modules depends on your organization's active entitlements.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt it, access data without authorization, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid modules are billed according to the plan selected by your organization. Specific pricing and billing terms are set out in your order or agreement.
Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability as further described in your agreement.
