Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Accounts & access

Access is provided through the Kreativlo SSO portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

Access to individual modules depends on your organization’s active entitlements.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt it, access data without authorization, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid modules are billed per organization, based on your active headcount band and the modules you enable. Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

Subscriptions are prepaid for a term of 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, chosen at checkout. A numbered invoice is issued when you check out, and payment terms of due-on-receipt, NET 7, NET 14 or NET 30 days are chosen at the same time.

Modules are activated once the invoice is paid in full. Where an invoice is paid in instalments, the payments are recorded but the modules activate only on full settlement.

Where you have enabled automatic renewal, we issue a renewal invoice before the term ends, priced at your headcount at that time. You can switch automatic renewal off at any time from the billing page in the portal.

If a subscription lapses, access to the paid modules is suspended after a short grace period. Your data is retained and becomes available again as soon as the subscription is renewed.

Refunds & cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for.

A full refund is available within 7 days of your first payment. Our Refund Policy sets out the scope, the process and the timeline in full.

Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability as further described in your agreement.
